As i remeber than in Archangel case there was direct reports but if in this case wasnt then 'what moder dont know that didnt bother him'.

In any case i support kicking player who don't cooperate in small team and spam storages no matter what everyone tell him. However i dont support kicking if he isn't warned and in big teams. Only in smallones.

shrimpy we're tired of your backseat moderation. Your responses to your own bans (for abusing people ingame) show that you are either unable or unwilling see any nuance or context in these matters. It has become clear through numerous conversation that you're not actually interested in talking about how to improve moderation, but rather, that you are trying to start bad-faith fights on the internet.

Have you watched this game? Have you watched the games before it? The votes to spectate the player before the game started? Do you have the chat logs of people trying to engage with manmixzzaa? How would you know whether Aquanim was AFK? It's easy to come in here and say "I guess everyone is allowed to kick new players now" but much harder to see the nuance.

I'm not sure how I feel about rules limiting backseat moderation. Constructive discussion and feedback can be useful if everyone can behave like an adult. Regardless of this, you specifically have lost the right to it as you've demonstrated an inability to contribute positively.

I think in Archangel case report comes also from spec or player who wasn't kicked. I don't know if kicked player reported Archangel. And i still think that response was from mod was to strict even if ban was around one day because in that game that was direct game ruining.
If I remeber correctly then manmixzzaa has been kicked not first time for such storage spamming. And he didn't react also in previous games.

Well its moderator decision to choose penalty and not always he is following game in live. That is why there is reports. If you so care about that kick then you can watch game and report. Moderator doesn't create rules now but interpret them. We have already created CoC. Maybe i think that sometimes Aquanim react bit too strictly or even too gently he isn't dickhead or abusive.
