well thats hell of missile.

i think deteriment didnt usefull so well if we have that eos

and 7 silencer literaly kill dete.

According to unit manual:
Detri costs 24000 metal and has 85800 HP

-7 silencer missiles cost 8000 for silencer + 7*18m/s*3min*60s/min= 30680 metal and do 11501,1 damage at the center of the explosion. 7*11501,1=80507,7<85800
so this wouldn't kill detri for 6680 higher metal cost, even if you manage to hit a moving detri with 7 consequential nukes. It looks better if you also hit other stuff around detri, which is likely, but the detri might be moving into your own base, which is likely, and you will be likely to hit your own stuff.
- 32 eos missiles cost 1200m for silo + 600m*32=20400m and do 3502,5*32=112080 damage, which is way more than 85800, so theoretically you would actually need 25 eoses, which would cost you 16,2k metal. This is again in the case you manage to hit a detri with 25 consequential eoses. This could be when you terraform it into a hole, or you could make this easier using 3-4 shockley's for 1,8k-2,4k metal. After which it would be cheaper to use some raiders, riots or an ultimatum to deal the damage.
But if you scout a detri and are planning to spend some thousands of metal on nukes or eoses, I suggest you use them to smash a hole in your opponents' defense line and pour some glaives/hermits/anything through it. For just 280 metal you can disable antinukes with a spy and nuke anywhere you want.

Uh BErankFlipstip you can fit 7 nukes into 1 Silencer. Maybe 7 nukes have enough impulse to kill Detriment with terrain-collision damage, but I guess they don't.

Wtf? Why would you fire 32 Eoses (8 Silos) While you can use 4 (1 silo) Shockleys... I did it so many times.

Main issue with detri is when it comes to your base your enemy likely has another one already 30% built. By the time you kill it, they have another one 50% done. So it is more a question of getting the reclaim from it (because then you can afford your own detri) vs losing reclaim and having another detri in your face in a few minutes=)

DErankChesti, 3 shockeleys to give like 99% stun dmg do detriment or 3 seconds of stun. 4 Schockelys to stunn it for 40 seconds. If it has less hp its clear that you need less schockleys.

3 Shockleys achieve 2s stun and then each Shockley adds 14s more. For max stun time you need 6.

i tested almost all units vs detri en mass.. 50-100 and i dont know why because they are quite waek but i found recluse did the best... they are one of the most effective en-mass anti detri units O.o

they can actualy hit detri with there bad aim, shoot over debris, medium range.. they have a wide base so dont clump and even with low hp anything is kinda dead vs detri hp wise.. so en mass the dps of recluse is good vs big units and a big group quickly drains hp

oh and by best i mean cost vs killing speed vs losses

Detri can be easily stunned by 50 gnats. And its with huge reserve.
Detri can be terraformed (most used tactics btw and maybe best and cost effective).
Detri can be melted by some Big berthas.
Detri can be killed by 4 (or 3 i cant remember) Ultimatum.
Detri can be emped by mass of Racketeers.
Long range subs make hurt to Detri.
2 banthas can deal also with Detri from distance.
Starlights melts Detri.
Detri have toons of weakness so Detri isnt immortal.
Detri needs buff or needs something more powerfull for ZeroDiablo game style.
Once i tried 8 scorpions and they with relative ease killed detri.
Dont know about new funnels vs detri. In older times needed only 2 funnels to kill detri.
10 golly too kill Detri. Because of slow.
This tactics mostly works when detri is alone or with very low support. There is many Diablo gamers who send it alone. :D

detri looks like alien from movies... lets give him jump and tail strike for more diablo action? jump could be like sumo jump plus makes it harder to use tacnukes and the like vs detri if micro gods are on detris side. tail strike is just fun😃
