I'm more surprised they went with tarantula for their anti-air over bird-eater tbh.

Names that have two words in them are discouraged; there are enough of these already.

Infiltrator could be black widow.

The redback looks like a black widow, so having a unit named black widow would cause some confusion.

changing redback should be nice, untill i noticed every unit in this game have 1 name only.

While not a perfect name, it could be a perfect design for a proper raider spider. Unit a bit bigegr than infi, quite fast, with 2 weapons. One, pure EMP, decent alpha, to ''paralyze" the victim, and anotehr, constant ''firing'' tiny range, low DPS, and healing the unit... let the neonstorm begin!

Well there's Black Dawn... and Black Hole Launchers. Also Singu creates Black Holes. Surely Ravenwrath666 would complain about too many units sharing similar names. By the way, how about renaming Razor to Scissor, Bandit to Scammer, Crabe to Scarab and Brawler to Scrawler?

Also rename saksi to scasi

Unit names are very confusing. Just name everything after its purpose: Raider, Skirmisher, Assault, Support, etc ..

"Light Factory Raiders" wat Otherwise, spot on.

I don't see any problem with that. "Heavy Vehicle Factory Raider" tells you a lot about the unit. "Kodachi" tells you nothing. How would you like it if your factory was called "Joe" or your solar power was called "Failer"?

"Heavy Vehicle Factory Raider" is not representative of the "unit role" description scheme. "Raider Tank", "Light Raider Tank". "Scout Vehicle", "Raider Vehicle". I kind of dislike how "light vehicles" is named. Hovercraft are also, technically, vehicles, and are also light. This is why i prefer to call them "cars" informally.

The long-form names exist too in game. Something like "Kodachi" or "Glaive" is effectively shorthand for the unit factory and role, which is easier and shorter to say and type. Most of the unit names have some clue as to their factory, role, or both. Is there a list somewhere of all of the legacy names which some of the older hands still use? (Rector, Scrubber, Shadow, etc.)
