Rekon commander still cannot use Disruptor bomb

Neither via menu, because no D-gun button appears, nor via keyboard shortcut.

Many months ago in chicken game, when i faced this bug, i gave my commander to somebody, may be to DeinFreund, and he also could not use this bomb.
