Commander modules broken?

In my commander setup page, I have Cheetah which has:

Morph 1:
Metal: 250
Slot 1 (Weapon): Flamethrower Submit
Slot 2 (Module): High Power Servos Submit
Morph 2:
Metal: 450
Slot 3 (Module): Ablative Armor Plates Submit
Slot 4 (Module): High Power Servos Submit
Morph 3:
Metal: 1425
Slot 5 (Man. Wep): Disruptor Bomb Submit
Slot 6 (Module): High Density Plating Submit
Slot 7 (Module): Personal Cloak Submit
Morph 4:
Metal: 1000
Slot 8 (Module): High Power Servos Submit
Slot 9 (Module): High Density Plating Submit
Slot 10 (Module): Autorepair System Submit
Morph 5:
Metal: 1100
Slot 11 (Module): High Power Servos Submit
Slot 12 (Module): High Density Plating Submit
Slot 13 (Module): Autorepair System Submit
Decorations:
Slot 1 Recon Skin - Red Submit

In game, whenever I morph beyond the 2nd morph, the modules in the 3rd and subsequent morphs are not being pulled from the commander page and I have to manually add modules in the in-game module upgrade facility.

Why is this happening?

obviously https://github.com/ZeroK-RTS/Zero-K-Infrastructure/issues/1209 needs to be reopened...

Same problem for me.
And another problem is I can't custom my commander page to have above level 5 morph.
