Need Help Getting Main Zero-K Battle Music Working

So, I did a steam stream for a friend to show him Zero-K. The problem arose when I turned off my music so it wasn't blaring for both me and him. I have since then, turned back up the volume slider, but nothing changed. I reset my audio sliders in the settings menu to no avail. I reinstalled the game. No change.

Anyone able to help?

To my knowledge, there seems to be this bug where, if you set the menu music volume to zero, then afterwards, you turn the menu music back to full, the menu music seems all quiet and barely audible. However, I was able to fix it simply by restarting the game.
