How to create a 32 player lobby

Hello,

Im still new to this game. I found that it advertised 32 player lobbies but i cant seem to figure out how to set one up. I operate in several discords that could garnish a large group of players but want to make sure this stuff works before i ping so many people. The wiki seems to talk more about gameplay than multiplayer lobbies.

Everytime i select a game mode, it will limit(or just say its limited at the top) to either 10 or 16 players. Am i missing something?
