1. Allocation: Initial commander choice and fac both extremely poor. Tank fac redundant (I could have plated). Hovers would have been superior as a choice here (even though that would have meant fighting King in a mirror match I would certainly lose). Additionally, Engi frame provides no benefits here, but recon could have put radar on the pillars if nothing else.
2. Strategy: Initial con + com deployment delayed expansion along bottom area. This also would have allowed a pivot to properly hold the left flank.
3. Scouting: Fixation on harassing King distracted from counterattack, compounded by lack of scouting. This is particularly egregious because King is a friggin singu, and while I can pressure him he won't break the way typical lobs will.
4. Tactics: Engaging to kill hacksaw was not a wise risk, and I believe this decision lost me a kodachi. continuing to attack after spotting gremlins made the original goal (knock out AA for raven followup) nonviable, and plan should have been aborted.
4b. Strategy: Continued fixation on King was a mistake, I believe. Opening blitz/kodachi is about roaming map threat- this is much less effective if I get into a lanes mentality.
5. Allocation/Map Awareness: Accidental overproduction of kodachis. Blitzes would have been a better use of resources, plating off cloacks for glaives + cloak. (breakthrough initiated by emi bombardment in top right considered and discarded in postgame due to heavy allied porc, but I didn't even consider this in-game).
6. Activity: Commander and con were deployed mid early and then did nothing. Rotating south for radar (esp adv radar on pole) would have granted me a considerable advantage against imp deployments and let me leverage my speed.
7. Tactics: Diving to kill two slings with 1450 metal worth of tanks was dumb without having good nearby vision and an escape plan.
8. Tactics: Blitz kodachi vs upgraded commader + crab + venoms + other spiders was a blisteringly stupid engagement to take. That was 1500 metal going up against more 3.1k of things that, broadly, countered it.
9. Scouting: King was able to deploy a line of lotuses against a mex I never recpaptured through the power of me still not having radar. Ridiculous on multiple levels.
10+-. Radar with stardust in middle was actually a good idea, IF I hadn't already wiped my tank ball and if the stardust had time to cool down. Alternatively gauss could hunker down against overwhelming force to give tanks additional time to arrive. Solid idea, terrible execution far too late.
11. Allocation: Failure to plate off gunship significantly hindered mobility of slow artillery assets. The emis could have been a nightmare (especially up on the pillars) if internal charon lines were available. Failure to take advantage of plating opportunities is a notable repeated issue.
12. Strategy: Despite mid and Aquanim's position being a focal point, I got distracted whacking a mex and some lotuses bot. Need to remember to focus on the center of gravity and not get distracted on peripherals.

I agree with most of your points. However...
1a. I think your choice to plop the Tank factory instead of plating was defensible here if you really, really wanted your tanks built on the low ground. That said, your team's lack of a water capable army will predictably become a problem so committing Hovercraft to the water lane would've been overall stronger.
1b. Engineer Commander is useful in small teams for its blueprint ability. You could've plopped Hovercraft and still made some Kodachis here, or used it to make Emissaries or Ogres on the front. Also, it doesn't need to jump onto the pillars to build Radar Towers on them.
2-4. Your decision to focus on harassing Kingstad was also a good idea for meta reasons, even if it cost a Kodachi, because Kingstad in particular tends to do game-winning things if he's left alone for a few minutes.
5. Your five Kodachis was a decent number because it let you surround and kill Kingstad's Glaive force for free.
6/7. It's fine to park or patrol your army for a little bit while your cons or Commander catch up and take the metal spots and otherwise consolidate. Simply controlling the lane is enough of a job for the army you had.
9. You also should've either brought forward your Emissiaries much earlier, even before spotting the Lotuses or just gone back to making Kodachi/Blitz. I think not bringing your first batch of Emissaries forward promptly was your single biggest mistake this game.
12. tbf keeping an eye on bottom was your job and if you can't do that and bail the teammates out then the team's already lost.
