experimental changes:

all striders and tech unlocked turrets appart from scorp and ulti get +100 range on weapons
dante standoff missiles 2x faster fire rate
ulti drops a living puppy on death
adv radar can scan with dgun
luci gets a faster rof on its emp cannon
shogun gets +1k range to make it more inline with cerb
