yes, autohost voting system is pretty damn fail
Problems:
1) specs can unspec and vote
2) people can join and vote
3) many alts of the same person can vote
4) it takes like 1 or 2 votes to pass a vote, (1 player can end a game without even joining it)
5) chilli chat ui makes it hard to see votes going on because battle lobby text is gray (I think anyway)

My solution: only the players in the game at the moment vote is called can vote. Only players in the game at the time of game start can call a vote to exit or kick a player during the game as it's running. Voting system more similar to spads in terms of amount of votes needed to pass.

I think specs should can vote, but only if they are ingame if the vote is called, but they should only be counted 1/2 or 1/3 to support the weaker team if they vote the true option.

Each team should get the same weight like other team - independend from team size.

For the balancing I have posted a solution in another Thread.

Springie and PW should vote agianst kick and voteban, etc by default, so you need at least 2 votes more to kick someone.

Players shouldn't be able to call the exact same vote again if it is called less than 10 minutes before:

!votekick Player1 ; !votekick Player2 => possible
It should use the real names - not the shortcuts who started the vote like "yer1" for "Player1"
