Text box when unlocking tech problem

The text box when you hover over certain technologies attempts to appear on the left of the screen (from what i can tell its because the brief description is too long) meaning you cant see any of the text box.

Also, is there a limit to the number of technologies available? as at 850 xp i cant buy anymore.

I might have bugged it when i tried to purchase the energy cells twice.(it says you can up to 3 times, but i didnt have extra cells appear in my inventory.

Also, there seams to be very few avaliable weapons to the support commander. I would've thought things like the beam laser would still be available.

Try to unlock energy cell again, it worked for me. It should say 2x energy cell in inventory.

If it doesnt work, try to reset your list (its for testing only, it wont be possible in future).

There isnt any limit, if you have XP and meet the requirements (like level) you can buy them.
