I remember time when whole team was searching for 1 stupid flea over the map, but the !resign is stupid too, the loosing team can have ace in their pockets (nuke, determinent etc.) and yet he looses.
I think !resign should need 1 more vote.

Better: AI should resign if it loses all facs+builders+most of the army
