How are we supposed to ambush felon/outlaw shieldballs now? I've just lost a game by trying again and again to blow it with roaches. It just doesnt work. You might say "try skirmishers nab", but shields laugh at rocko/rogue dps Outlaw was unpredictable before the buff/nerf, but now it's also more op FIX IT FFS

Yeah thats why I also objected "auto fire" of outlaw. Imo it should not be capable of doing it and wave should be slower so that roach has a decent change to get close by. There is already another great anti-roach unit - felon. In that respect shieldbot has the best crawler defense from all labs.

IIRC the reason of the wave change was that it was too unpredictable, so there was no way to see if your units would get inside its range and slowed. Isn't it possible to just make a damn circle around it showing it's max range (just like the circle that shows def range) and revert these wave changes?

Originally it was meant to be constant damage aura and not a "pulsing" wave. Reverting damage to that (even if pulsing stays visually!) would fix its issue i think.

If the shieldfac now has a non-felon counter to bombs, i suggest removing felon from the game altogether. It makes shieldbots too much about simplistic synergy and just shieldspam. Before felon's existence, you had to consider the options what to combine with your shields - now it's just pure shield+felon. Yawn.
