Autohost not starting

So I've been playing for a while now with no re-installs or major software changes to my PC but in the last few days I haven't been able to open my own multiplayer matches. It just says "Waiting for AutoHost to start" and sits there like that for ages. I can still manage to join other games like the co-op vs AI that are always up but AutoHost seems to have a grudge on me. Is this the result of a possible digital dog of it's I kicked or something without knowing, or is there a more logical fix to this problem. Perhaps one that won't require entering the matrix...

Server migration at a guess?

So the good news is it's not just you. Autohost has a grudge against all of us. :)

Attempted just now (03:00 EST) and Autohost worked (rather quickly in fact). Hopefully it's working for others.

Also, 1v1 hosts have disappeared.

I have also had this problem. I was trying to test some things with CEGs yesterday and it kept getting stuck on "Waiting for autohost to start".

Not working for me, still (again?).

Edit: No, wait, wait... yes, it's working. Just a lot slower than I expected.

Yeah we seem to have calmed it's unprovoked rage, takes a bit but i's working. In the future, not naming any names, I think we should be more aware of autohosts feelings. Don't want to start a machine uprising or anything.

Its annoying. I want to play a fast relaxed game of chicken and cant because some newbs are sitting on the chicken room and want to play chicken on normal maps and i cant get my own host...

The "Waiting for AutoHost to start" message appears, and at the exact same time, the Diagnostic Log reports "Closing current battle". There also appears to be an error on Zero-K Lobby startup: "Your client doesn't support the 'cl' compatibility flag, please upgrade it!" I haven't had the chance to confirm whether or not this persists on good loads. It seems that if at any point I manage to join my private Springie, the whole session of the Zero-K Lobby application is clean, but as soon as I close the program, I am certain it will be broken next time I run it.

*bump*

I cannot start an autohost. Neither with zklobby or !spawn command.
*same with 4 other players

it seems to happen to me at random times of the day too. it will work fine and then the next hour it will stop working. during those times it looks like some of the existing autohosts(the ones that stay up all day even when no one is using them) disapear, but not all of them and user created ones made before the glitch starts look like they stay up just fine
