or some zkversions ago? I could click on chili chat / label bubbles and it moved me to last user action or the marker.

Any ideas how to reactivate it?

im actualy having problems with similar myself, some of the UI is no longer responding when you click on it (like metal reserve)

Might be this commit that broke it: https://code.google.com/p/zero-k/source/detail?spec=svn13027&r=13027

Check a ZK version before March 28 (don't just check previous stable).
