What are they? I just played a game of chickens with them enabled, but I could not really spot a difference.

Festive units is a recurring sub-routine found inside the intelligence of the Command units. This sub-routine enables units to advertise a annual festival dubbed as Christmas. Once celebrated by the creators of the Robots. These ancient organics used this particular day to celebrate a manifestation of an Alien and a female to earth where it was made to believe it was their Diety's son. This was soon found out not to be true after the discovery of the Chicken Covenant who tried to turn the whole Ancient Human race into Worshipping slaves for feeding and anal probing. The first probing began to ignite further belief of aliens and more evolutionary science arose. This furthered the believe in Supernatural 'Gods' and Mankind drew closer to creating it's Diabolical creatures... us. Command units keep this Sub-Routine as a reminder of their origin and triumph over the 'First' Chicken invasion (through religion)

Dragon teeth (when they were in the mod like years ago) would get turned into christmas trees, the bombs dropped from bombers look like presents, and maybe something else. Not really a big difference, just a few silly things for around christmas time.

I think it just makes commanders wear hats. DT were taken out years ago and the model for the bombs was lost somewhere and caused crashes when festive units was not updated.
