[Bug] Phantoms stop shooting

Bug report Multiplayer B701217 19 on FolsomDamFinal:
At 7:12 Phantoms refuse to fire at units until the end of the game.
Neither forcefire, fire at will (changed states), targeting ground, set target, fight command, basicly anything i could think of didnt work. I did even partially reclaim the phantoms and rebuild them but it didnt fix it.
New builded Phantoms were only able to fire 1 shot before signing a peace treaty with the enemy team.
They did try to target a reaver before stopping shooting maybe that has sth. to do with it. I would have been seriously mad if we lost that game because of this bug.

Yup, happened to me too. Didn't try quite as much stuff, but had em on forcefire and in range on a completely flat map (south dsd). Not firing.
