Widget Config Issue: Pro Console 1 re-enables itself

After comparing Chilli Pro Console 1 and 2, I found version 2 more appealing. But every time a new game starts, Pro Console 1 enables itself, leading to numerous problems (flickering chat, disappearing text input fields, ...). It is possible to fix this by disabling both 1 and 2 and then reenabling 2, but that takes time and has to be repeated every time a game starts. Is there any way to permanently disable Chilli Pro Console 1?

Pro Console 2 is incomplete and likely broken or performance hungry in some way. To stop Pro Console 1 from enabling itself you will need to select "None" under HUD Presets. This will stop the UI enabling some widgets and also stop it from moving them around when your screen resolution changes.

Doing this always makes it jump back to "Minimap Right (default)" instantly.
It is also impossible to disable Pro Console 2 - after every restart of zk, it is enabled again.

What is "instantly"? When you click "None" does it actually enable a different setting?
