i have been thought about strategy and concluded that the game is not enough static defence with area disarmy, stun and slowly turrets. Also will be good has superwearon 15k-20k cost with slowly or disarmy area damage range like missile silo.
This wearon needs every 3-5 sec small damage for all opponent units and buildings

hmm im not sure if its a good idea but what if newton slowed the enemy? it could then maybe push units away a bit better

well a lot of the crawling bombs are already static defence if you dont move them. You could use amphibious slow bombs as a breakwater for incoming attacks

I think it's fine the way it is:

While it's possible to build some kind of iron curtain with a mix of terraform, defence buildings, some units and cloak as support - it's still possible to tear down the curtain and let the sun come in.

If you takes the possibility away to let the sun shine, there will be a great chance of some kind of evoltionary development in huge team games, to fortify the front. So there will be either more 60-120 minute, instead of 20-60 minute games - or just less team games and everything is shiffting to 1v1, small teams - except some persons who like to play stronghold.

I totally understand the approach. But Zero K is a fast unit based game. And I can imagine a scenario for at least team games, where the gameplay is totally changing to tower defense. Besides I'm sure such a defensive fighting position can be exploided too, it won't be fun to be force to do this most of the time.

If you want more static defenses, make all defenses require a specific factory to unlock it. This will make each factory more unique, while allowing for more static defenses. Each factory could unlock a tier 1 (90 - 300), tier 2 (300-600), and tier 3(700-5000) static defense. AA defense is not included in this, or maybe it could... Other buildings could also have variants based on factory. Cloaky could get a cloaked metal extractor, while another factory gets one that has AA defense built into it.

Not sure if this is a good idea, but it would allow for more variances of defenses while limiting what is available.

That sounds like it would make a really cool mod, even if it might not be a good idea for the actual game, it might make a really cool mod, and then we could see how well it works out.
