Wondering why, when starting a replay, there is first a delay you can skip with alt-f, then another 3sec countdown before it starts. Pretty trivial, but i feel it would be better without those.

I recall this delay being before anyone even chats or places a marker. I think it is an engine thing. It can probably be disabled via some local config while setting up the game.

I think it plays back join notification packets from other players, which is also why alt-f skips it.
