Lets say a unit is set to avoid bad targets and fire at radar state (Lance for example)
Does the unit not avoid bad targets if firing at radar targets?
Avoid bad targets is also disabled when using attack move, which I don't understand why?

Unit cost cannot be determined from unidentified radar dots. However, allowing all these targets would make the state a bit useless so the rule is that all unidentified radar dots are avoided for the states that avoid targets costing less than 100. Avoid bad targets is disabled by attack move because it only works on automatic target acquisition based on priority. Attack Move tends to bypass priority. It is a bit like issuing a Force Fire command on a small target, the state is not considered when the unit has a direct attack command. I think I'd like Attack Move to avoid targets as per the state, but that would be engine work.
