Often a team game will vote to exit after the map loads (people leave, people want to join) but this means the result for everyone is a loss affecting ratings. Suggestion- game recorded as "no result" which means ratings aren't affected.
Other suggestion- after the map loads and before the game begins players are able to vote to restart. This means restart the same map rebalancing the players left(and including people waiting who want to join). This would save time having to go back to the lounge.
