For units like phantom, theres an option for them to not shoot at radar icons, with reason being that they could miss due to radar inaccuracy.
Could there be an option to shoot no radar marks, except those of located buildings, since they cannot those?

There already is. It's a little radar icon that appears in the order menu when you select a Phantom (or Lance).

i know there is that option, but units also ignore radar icons of discovered buildings (which are always accurate, no need to hold fire)

The existing option wasn't working in the case where a structure was identified, then left radar, then re-entered. I don't recall these dots rendering as identified in the past. But it makes sense so I've made them shoot at these dots.

Firing at radar dots is a bit of a problem, but on balance I still stand by what I said here:

Phantoms should only fire with clear line of sight. They are way too happy to commit friendly fire.
