Silo improvements - silo long range

Lets put the carrier disarm missile into silo. in many games carriers are not viable, it would be cool alternative to disable shields.

This would add to 6 missiles total.

And heres another thing, lets add a LR - long range, version of all 5 (except terraforming one), with caveat, that it gets intercepted by anti.

Anti gains a switch to do 3 modes whether intercept LR's or wait for nuke, or intercept 2 LR's with third shot kept for nuke.

It would boost the strategic play, and also would help to break any porcs.

Anti modes seems a bit finicky, but some longer range options sounds good. Reef missile especially sounds good in a "why not" kinda way. I mean, it infringes on zeno and inferno and shockley territory but its interesting enough that I wouldn't mind it

Anti intercept of Long range is a must, othwerwise it would be way OP, even if we would make LS double the cost.
