What are some of the nasty strategies you know, strategies that are annoying but easy to deal with?
(ex: Blitzkrieg)

Air/gs start can be nasty in 1v1. You counter it by building raiders, not aa.

Drop the commander to the enemy base in the second minute.

Fencer Rush can still occasionally catch top10 1v1 players by surprise in 2023

Firepluk did the commander drop often and when it worked it was complete BS. Ask me how I know

Cloaking a bunch of reavers and marching them straight into the enemy base (1v1).

That became pretty difficult to pull off after the conjurer nerf, because if you use it with its cloak, it is incredibly slow and has a huge energy upkeep. However, a couple of times I managed to be successful with an alternative where you use a strike commander and its radar jammer instead of that conjurer. True, you are not cloaked, but the enemy can't see the dots approaching and that is usually enough. You need a bit of luck to not get revealed by a scouting glaive. Maces can be used instead of reavers.

Moving cloaked Fleas on enemy metal spots so that mexes cannot be built. It's more a tactic than a strategy, though.

Blast wing has a smaller cloak radius than flea, and generally doesn't get decloaked by cons attempting to build. They also stop 5m/s building with their fire cloud. A little more expensive for better effect on that.

What's highly annoying is it can cause construction queues to halt, as cons cannot build the Mex.
