Looks like Weaver doesn't obey the convention of having a depth tolerance of -16 elmos, rather it can only go to -15. I knew flea had a lesser depth tolerance but didn't know of other units with this.

This was wrong, some shallows were not exactly -16 but displayed as such in tooltip due to rounding.

I have updated to 2.2 to make the pathing of the shallows balanced for all units, water and land. FIrankFine
