ALMOST all the rover units end in "-er". crasher, impaler, ravager, ripper, scorcher, crasher, etc! but theres some that arent - the dart, dominatrix, and mason. thats why i say we rename the dart to DARTER, the dominatrix to DOMINATER, and the mason to BUILDER. now all rover units end in -er. maybe "builder" is too vague and abstract to be the name of a singular unit but i mean people just call em "constructer" or "cons" for short right?

BUT IF WE DONT the naming scheme wont be 100% consistent! whats the downsides to changing the names! dart and darter are still basically the same so even if people call it a dart its related to the units new name. same with dominater /dominatrix . only mason -> builder is kinda unrelated to its original name....but its a constructer unit called "builder", cant get much more syntactically clear than that.

And how would the naming scheming of units (globally) be consistent if hover names all finish in -er? Should each factory have some invented rule? Should there be no other units finishing in -er? (note: there are many currently, for example shipyard has 3 units finishing in -er) I am all for consistency but this -er for hovers seems more like cherry-picking a very specific sub-set. Why don't we rename "impaler" to "spike" so that we don't have unit in rovers starting with a vowel ?! Maybe there is some cool idea about naming, but should apply to all units, not to one factory (ex: like final fantasy had some system were spells were finishing with -ra -ga -ja)

to 'badger' a person is a term with a dark history indeed.. unlike 'badges' the broach.. it was sadly in reference to the blood sport of baiting badgers with dogs (not to be confused with hunting) [Spoiler] it was a gambling blood sport similar to 'cockfighting'. where badgers minding there own business would be torn from there burrows by tormented dogs in repetition (released once freed) until the dogs or badgers succumbed to there wounds.  shown in the picture is the 'drawing of the badger' (pulling) a process of injuring the dog (shown here as biting the dogs tail) and pulling a badger out of a hole.. "When the badger can no longer fight, it is killed by the baiters using methods such as shooting, stabbing, or beating to death with a shovel" illegal for 170 years and despite how cruel it is practiced to this day...  <as shown in this image badgers can be tamed

Quill is faster 🤷♂️ Anyway, if you do a naming scheme obsession thing then you shouldn't stop half way. Most rovers end with "-er", but also most constructors start with "con-". So i propose "Constructer".
