The player I was thinking is Tankium.
But sure, I'll draw Tarkin from my vague knowledge of him.

He's an effective commander, capable of rallying entire teams.

However, he's not known for being evil or malicious.

So, he's like me if I was actually good, down to not choosing rovers as the starting factory.
