How to manage a team (pure theory)

To manage a team of 4, D I V I D E :smilingimp: :skull:
... divide the team. 1 player sustains the team (backbone, mexes, whatever). 2 player dreams big plans. 3 player acts as voice of reason. 4[null] player thinks how to fail as a team. With the 4th player predicting the worst before the best plan fails, the team becomes a versatile team for most situations. Furthermore, the roles are soft and malleable, meaning that lack of strict decision does not sabotage a game, nor does the management require fancy explanations, unlike most masterplans that I was suggested.

This is pure theory, purely for fun. Don't linger on the note like some of you did last times.

I think that you can drop roles 3 and 4, since as long as each player is being somewhat careful, they're both void roles

what I'd suggest, is a full time intel/recon role, someone who spends the majority of the game very very zoomed out, only looking at the big picture and guiding others on what might be an issue, but then again, people have a minimap, so this also could be voided.
