Angler keeps up with slightly more and has a better time getting around.

Scallop gets a damage nerf.
Bulkhead
Bulkhead gets a slight HP nerf.
Djinn
Djinn receives several changes so people will hopefully build it more.

Thunderbird gets more health.
Raven
Raven gets some more speed and a slight weapon change, along with becoming cheaper.
