2 I feel like the missile interception is so powerful an ability that if you completely yank out the buildpower from the current state of Funnelweb, it will still be built in FFA for the antimissile role, and in teams for antinuke defense. 4 On further thought, i would say that merely having that ability will distort any design that has it. 14 Correct, using the unique missile defense unit for reclaiming like every other constructor is a mistake equivalent to using the unique anti-heavy ambush unit to kill mainly raiders.
