5 I forget the exact terms. Essentially artil will typically move or fire and is therefore set to the default move state that does one of those but never both at the same time. 7 Know that it is highly probable that the reason the default lance move state is set to hold position is that they are VERY HIGHLY prone to friendly fire if they move while they shoot.
