Seems to me that one player dumps all their income into one thing, and the one unit by design made to counter it does not counter it.

You can either analyze it under the frame that the locust is too strong. If you do so, you have to look at what it manages to kill in a disproportionate way. I think raiders of less value tend to be able to fend off locust, so I don't think that's the case.

Or,
you
can
think
of
what
if
the
counter
to
that
unit
is
not
strong
enough.
Ground
aa
is
really
strong.
You
can
probably
ward
this
off
by
investing
in
one,
maybe
two
chainsaws
and
cover
so
much
ground
that
it's
not
likely
the
gnats
are
able
to
go
anywhere
near
something
valuable
that
isn't
covered.
Or
if
you
don't
want
to
do
that,
you
can
try
to
get
flying
aa.
.
.
which
right
now
seems
like
trident
is
the
better
option
at
least
vs
locust.
So
I
suppose
you
can
ask
if
swift
and
raptor
should
handle
swarms
better.
I've
been
saying
for
a
long
time
raptor
sucks.
That's
the
path
I'd
take.

Should we acknowledge that in a team, one player of the opposite team not even expanding and dumping their entire economy into one strategy should be met with an equivalent? I think so.
