1 & 3. Trolling and general obnoxiousness. This is over many games. As a spectator you tend to 'hassle' players like someone yelling at their TV. Calling them nubs and pointing out how they suck at whatever they happen to be doing. If you on a team at some point you will probably tell them how much they fail for several minutes and then spam !resign votes.

If you resign and your team does not follow you in resignation then they have decided to play on. At that point you are no longer a player and should have no say in the game. The people actually playing the game get to decide where to take the game. Don't harass them while they are trying to play a game that you no longer want to play.

2. With this you don't get shades of grey. How many units are you allowed to self-d? I assume you know that reclaiming a live unit is 50% while reclaiming debris is 20%.
