"Chance of victory: 64.7%" These values ... are they updated after the battle? I swear victory almost always goes to the team that is shown with higher odds, much more often than the odds would suggest.

Answering my own question, the odds of victory have changed 0.1% in the 73 minutes since I posted. That is a surprising design choice.

Yes, indeed, as far as I understand it should be "Chance of victory based on current knowledge". It is also reasonable that some people expect "Chance of victory at battle start", hence the confusions...
