You got the basic ideas down, my tips on what to do better:

- you stopped to expand after a litle while and closed of what you had with llts. This would be good if you played against multiple opponents and needed to just hold. In your case tho, your opponent was not too aggresive either, so you could have expanded further and with less defenses, since you had quite a huge army to defend anyway.
- You only used tiny fractions of your army to attack. It is okay to keep some units back to defend, but the ratio was far off.

The following comes with routine and expirience, so don`t think this is a "devastating critique" or something:
- check your grid from time to time. Funny how Helwor tried to fix your grid and failed as well.
- Try to only take engagements that you can actually win. A little bit later into the game, you had a ravager+scorcher-ball that ran away from 2 stingers - you would have won against them - but then attacked jummys base which was defended better, so you lost all your units. Estimating what your forces can do and what not takes expirience, so dont worry too much about it for now, but you get the idea.
- Reclaim is important.
