Why is widow, a mere 280 metal unit, able to paralyze whole commanders for half a minute? Why is it so fast while having such a dangerous ability? Why is it almost impossible to detect this with such a small decloak radius?

This unit is egregiously overpowered (like placeholder) and should be nerfed.
