i get 1 player that understands the game and the enemy gets 6 ,i hate my elo...its like trying to play while having rocks tied to my arms.Maybe i could have done better but when they dont even move out of base or try to help anywhere even if me or red eagle could hold against several competent players its just bad that such ballance can happen.

I somehow wish i could get more of my teams economy so i can play for 2-4 players

This demonstrates that you inflated the ELO because of the mumble stack... If you play alone in these kinds of situations you don't have anybody to communicate effectively in order to tell them to hold specific points or attack certain areas.

This is one of the reasons I lost my purple color...not having many mean clan stack to deal or hold specific areas/fronts. The other reason is that I got tired of playing professionally and I started to want more fun from these games.

As a top player and veteran, you are a representative and role model to this community. Equating a team to "rocks tied to arms" is terrible for morale (I doubt any of them appreciate being talked about like this), does nothing for your chances of educating them (now they're defensive.. good luck), and makes us look bad to potential players.

If you feel players aren't playing well enough your options are either educate them or create minelo small teams. As it stands, the teams all welcome host is a casual game and it is expected that not all players are going to be performing at a high standard. If you chose to educate them, you must drop this complaining stance otherwise the perception will decrease the efficiency.

unknownrankShaman most of the time, I label spam the whole map if I want to educate the team. It's quite annoying if you are a new player and you can't see your own factory because of the messages I post there :(.

What can be the best choice here? I already talked about an automatic chat system similar to mumble that is integrated within the game so we won't have to use a widget to discuss and since microphones are cheap and everybody can have one I see this as an option for this game :).

Things that this widget will require:
1.Mute/Unmute
2.Personalization of the level of volume for every single player (this way you lower down or increase the volume of people with specific microphone problems)
3.Automatic volume increase in the widget for the high Elo players so people can hear them clearly in comparison to the other players. Or something that lowers down the volumes of other players and only the highest Elo players will overlap with an increased volume.

If you see that your entire team is hopless then you can resign anyway. Or start play more for fun.
Most strange thing is that your clanmate was placed in another team but there is small mmr variation btween him and your other silver teammate.

Yes and entire ZK will become Smurf-K.

Ruining game balance for others just so you don't have to take responsibility for your skill level is a pretty shitty attitude that deserves the highest condemnation.

This is a communication problem. To understand the problem I want to address we need to look at the component pieces. Let's call the current communication standard "rush to door" -- we optimize for getting out the door instead of message quality. How many of these labels I wonder are effective at gathering attention and communicating their point across?

Something like "attack here" is pretty crappy at doing its job. Who needs to attack here?
"build units" -- which units and where to send them?
"help front" -- where at the front? the front spans the entire map's length or width. Who needs to do it?

Also note that coming off as micromanaging significantly decreases your odds of effective interpretation. We have to know when to give up.

This probably wasn't clever to post on a smurf account chum.

@Aquarim I disagree, smurf accounts are kinda meant to be dispensable. Btw good job banning me till 2121 :D

Just play on your main account before this escalates. Wasting admin time with your shitty stunts isn't cool or particularly clever.

do you really think so? most games where we get paired with siger we get even lower ranked players. yes, we can hold our spots maybe, but the rest of the map falls OR noone helps the three mumble-players on front and all of us have to fight 3 people each.

Also, mumble is not organized or anything. it`s mostly a self-help-group where we swear about the game together.

Yeah... In one of those games prize will be the leaving of another player.

If we put forward a lot of effort to try to keep a player who makes smurfs for no reason, then we will just lose other players instead.

People leave and people join all the time. It is pointless to attempt to keep everybody, and getting rid of the people who are poorly behaved is better than sitting on our hands, allowing the annoying people to stick around, and having them drive off the nice people instead.

OK, so now seriously, I don't think that getting a 100y-long ban for making a (bad) joke that Sigero could use a smurf account to get better teammates is adequate. My original account(s) have similar rating and level like LittleLobster, so in my case, using this account is not breaking any balance, and I do not know about any other problem with it. I actually created the account cause I like that name and it has the alliteration, which is supposed to sound nice in English, and I wanted to keep using LittleLobster instead of the original account. So I do not appreciate you banning this account.

You even banned an account I just created to write this very comment (LittlestLobster - not mentioning that LittlerLobster is already banned, for an eternity as well), even though I did not even do anything with that account yet. Just created it, and bum, it got banned. That is annoying as hell.

So allow me to reply to your comment (threat?) that those who play stupid games will win stupid prizes - I don't think that you are in an advantage here, really. If I wanted to out of spite just spoil some games, there are plenty of options. Smurf accounts can be created through VPN, and once they are in a game, I do not know about any in-game mechanics that would prevent you from nuking your own base, D-gunning a singu, etc. D-gunning a singu in a base can be actually even enjoyable for the person D-gunning it (plus the thrill of whether you will or won't get revealed before torpedoing your team). Yeah, I am not a mean person and I don't want to play stupid games, but I think that neither do you, so please, moderate your ban policy.

You are free to play on your main account once the ban on it for making smurfs expires. Making additional smurf accounts will increase the length of this ban.

The smurf account was not explicitly banned for making that joke, it was just that that joke made it 100% clear that it actually was a smurf account as opposed to two people playing from the same place.

We can rename your main account if you like. Whether or not any particular player's smurf badly breaks balance is a subjective judgment. We avoid having to make that judgement by simply banning all alternate accounts that are not being used for testing. There is no other reasonable and unambiguous place to draw the line.

If you want to join the long list of people who have thought that before you, that is your choice.

If you are threatening to grief games because you aren't allowed to make smurfs, then you probably need to take a good long look at yourself and think about whether the first part of this statement is true.
