Duh.. you didn't even watch the replay, yet you judge. Tactical nukes were used in the teamkill accident. You have to use force-attack to hit moving units with them.

sir, you have 2 options here

1)
this is option one, your first option of the two proposed options.
read below (its already easter, find the bunny egg post), although the person who said it is known to language-trollolize facts.

2)
this is option two, your second options of the two proposed options.
watch the replay. you can do it! monitor each unit of the person of interest, also all units of his allies. if you are confused, which units are his allies, i recommend you monitor all other units too. you are not required to monitor map features because this map has 0% mapfeatures. also, map features cannot teamkill, so they clearly lack team.
