To get an offline * Chobby *, the only way I'm aware of is to download the
Git Repository, put it into Spring/games/Chobby.sdd, then make a shortcut of chobby.exe with "dev" at the end of the Target (right-click -> properties). This will get you a hobby without downloading anything, but it also won't update automatically.
As for getting an offline chubby, that's your own business to be dealt with in the privacy of your own bedroom and your own imagination.
