Steam Broadcast

It would probably heavily help the game advertisement if a developer would upload a set of per-recorded videos to be used on steams "live" broadcast channel. Some of those broadcasts are viewed by 5k+ people at once.

edit: It doesn't have to be a dev's video if somebody will let them use some of the numerous videos with commentary that already exist.

Shouldn't live broadcasts be live? Does it require a developer to do? I would presume that timezones are important.

I am uncertain how it is done, but developers receive special treatment in the broadcast channel. They can upload per-recorded videos and get priority in having their videos placed first in the "live" broadcast channel. Players can only stream live game play with or without commentary.

I did find this page for developers. It is showing information that players clearly do not have access to.

I gather that it actually might be quite a bit of work from browsing the page :((((

It would be nice if we could scrap together some gameplay videos for this.

Looks good but we'd need someone to do the legwork, especially on the community management end.

May I ask a question, what is "steam"?

Steam is an online game store. Zero-K is on it.
