Bring Surfboard back

I saw from another thread that it was buggy, but let's go for it!

For the purposes of transporting land units from one place to another, I don't remember Surfboard ever being a better option than at least one of Djinn or air transports in any scenario.

That leaves the usecase of using Surfboard as a firing platform for land units on sea, which also was never very practical. (And possibly a few janky borderline-bug uses.)

Somebody would have to do a lot of work to make Surfboard compatible with the changes that have happened since its removal, and then to maintain it into the future. Perhaps such a somebody can be found, but it sure isn't going to be me.

I want a floating mobile platform I can build on. That would make water awesome.

I do not think there are any plans to bring Surfboard back. As a unit it does not have much of a purpose in ZK.

I have spent more time in my life fixing bugs with Surfboard than I have spent actually controlling a Surfboard in a game.

It's on the FW todo list. The redesigned surfboard would be a hovercraft utility that has hover pathing, and can hold ships and striders with a shield projector and it would be considered a 'firebase' (so units could fire from the transport). Currently it is awaiting a model.

I think it would make sense for surfboard to return as part of a trainfac.
It would be a car that can be attached to the train, so it can't move by itself.
