Depends if somebody has something to gain from an attack, if yes then peace will be very short lived

If you consider a battlefield with only one team peaceful, I would say that the chance of peace is very high - in most games I have seen one team gets obliterated (mostly by resigning unless there is someone stubborn that fights until last unit)!
