mankarse 2 months ago OBS Studio is good for taking screen recordings. You should also use the "Show input visualizer" option in Zero-K; if appropriate (Settings/Hud Panels/Extras/Display Keys/Show input visualizer). +3 / -0

GoogleFrog 2 months ago (edited 2 months ago) I made the Cold Take gifs like this: Record the game with OBS. Zoom in to a small area of time and space with ShotCut. Export to MP4. Use ShareX to convert MP4 to gif. Steps 2-4 were repeated many times in some cases to get the gif below the 5MB limit. +2 / -0

Kingstad 2 months ago I've used https://ezgif.com for various gif/apng stuff in relation to the discord and such, but then those need to be super duper small in size so a lot of tweaking is required +0 / -0
