I think that players need more slots for commanders, it will be very good if i can configure up to 8 comms. Can it be implemented?

Or maybe even more, for example 12. It is very annoying to reconfigure commander before each game.

I want to have more coms for different start situations(for example building coms, jumping builder coms, jumper building coms with advanched weapons, some arty coms... etc...)

I support this too.
I have many ideas for coms I would like to try but don't want to delete the ones I have.
How about having more slots + having the ability to select 4 coms which will show in ingame menu?
This way we can have more slots without the need to change ingame UI and comm spawning logic.

Yeah each com chasis has advantages. Most of ppl call support com useless, but somehow i like it most. Long range weapons + epic buildpower.

Rafal: Thats the same idea i had. Have the ability to select 4 of the coms, that you want to use ingame, then you dont have to change the ingame stuffs

They said they are not going to charge money for features. Also the effort to set up the payment infrastructure for just a few $ is hardly worth it.

It can be made to cost XP for more slots, so people can't spam million slots too easily.

Also with 4 or less coms they all could be selected by default to not confuse newbies that their coms don't appear ingame. If you get more than 4 coms then you would have to deselect one or more to select others.

I support idea that each slot must cost some count of XP and will be avaialbe with levels.
For example.
Slot 5 - 400 xp, from level 20.
Slot 6 - 550 xp, from level 23.
Slot 7 - 1000 xp, from level 27.
Slot 8 - 2000 xp, from level 30.
Slot 9 - 4000 xp, from level 33.
etc...
It will protect server from slot spam, will motivate players to be more active and will make game more interesing.

I would enable the first slot at level 15, the second at level 20 the third at level 25 ...

So players don't spend all XPs for slots if they reach level 20.

I'm over level 44 - even over level 50 - and don't know what to buy with this XPs ...

It would be nice to add some features.


But I think more detailed weapon descriptions are more important

I don't hate commanders, I just prefer a balanced RTS to an unbalanced RPG.

How this idea change gameplay in any way?
It just gives you more com presets so you can have like 10 different coms instead of wasting clicks on reconfiguring your coms all the time.
