by request i gave all units cerberus capture ray

its stupid because flea or gnats can kill everything..

however it now exists

this is the culmination of many days work.. so ill take a rest..

when i return ill make many variations of this mode as swapping the code for it is easy

reworked into capture ray sidearm for all units

ill quickly rename this while im here

its an older mod made as a variant to all guns do only capture damage..
both are available and supported as both offer unique gameplay.
