An old idea, inspired by good games and tactical efficiency:
- Add a unit which is a group of many units.
- Add unit formations + selecting a unit in a group selects all units in the group (not counting retreating units)
Not sure how easy it is to add. This feature hasn't been in the game for years.

as we all know
cyclop's main weapon is its 440 range, 800 slow dps beam
cyclop's turrent turns slower than itself
cyclop is crispy

then ideas

1. swap tank buster and slow beam
shots comm's disturber bomb per 3s
a llt at top

2. better gun
remove the turrent, a front only cannon instead
then buff its hp and dps

3. silly
give tankbuster same impulse of likho

Not quite silly, but it's a small enough idea that I doubt many people would care about it.
- Give 100% metal for reclaiming storage.
(I... doubt it would fix the storage problem.)

units properties randomly change every minute (imagine a flea weapontype to be a nuke while a det has fleas HP but berthas range, a licho which only can swim, a glaive who needs to reload like a plane, a stinger with berthas range, a storage which gives you singu energy and explosion, a zenith having melee attack)

and you dont know it beforehand, you have to try!

pacifier game mode. nothing can shoot.

assasin game mode. nothing can shot but one unit randomly chosen at game start. and you have to find out by trying which unit.

they can be made to act like gunships or planes
