Campaign Planet Arteri bonus obj.

Need 24 MEx by 10:00 including allies for bonus objective.
Before and at 10:00 I had 23 myself and ally had 3. Did not get the bonus.
Bonus objectives are frustrating and moot as they are, often counterproductive for winning the level, please at least make them work as described.
