Team's All Welcome is being held hostage

Hello fellow zero-k players,
This feels like a urgent matter discussing my recent experience's in Teams All Welcome(Which will not be referred to as TAW for ease) Within the last 48 hours I have experienced 3 different but equally aggravating things happen from teammates which I feel as a community we need to address.
To prevent hate towards others all names will be [redacted] as benefit of the doubt must be given.

Incident 1:
Someone before a Teams all welcome game even started today (monday) set the speed to x20.0 without chat messages appearing indicating that someone had tampered with it. This caused the Teams all welcome game to already be 3 minutes progressed before others were able to spam slowdown enough to get it back to the normal pace. This caused a force exit and is not healthy for the game.

Incident 2:
While building a strider the other day a team-mate started deconstructing it while it was about half way complete with enough caretakers for the build time to go negative (deconstruct time). This behaviour effectively "steals" metal from teammates and if they hadn't been so brazen i may have not even noticed it going on. Reclaiming others buildings without a clear indication as a team we should swap strategy is worrying for the health of the game.

Incident 3:
This one appears to happen most games with one pacific individual being the main problem and for anonimity's sake will be referred to as OsirisOpposite many people may be able to guess who this is talking about just by the comments. This person without consulting the team will start the game rushing builders. What is strange about that you may ask? They only use these builders to reclaim from all fronts to try and rush their own buildings. Again turning what should be a team game into a selfish I get what I want or we lose which is not healthy for the game.

Conclusion:
I myself have strategies that do not work out and can sometimes make myself look like a idiot trying to pull certain things off but not as brazen and as selfish as the incident's i have described. If you also have experienced these issues in your games please share your comments Below

Please report incident number 2 through the in-game report system from the replay, so that the admins know which game it is when they look into it. It's likely to lead to disciplinary action.

While we're on this topic, I'd like to say something about resigning. It seems like there are a number of people who will just resign when they don't want to play for some selfish reason, such as:
- They don't like the map (and then everyone has to vote to exit since the teams are unbalanced)
- They are losing on their front but the rest of the team is doing great
- The team is losing but they resign before issuing any resign votes whatsoever
Resigning should always be a team decision, unless you have a legitimate reason to leave.

For incident 3, if after couple of messages, and games the person does not "get it" I think it is good to also report through the in-game report system. There were people that got some temporary bans for similar repeated behavior, but the team must make clear that it is not ok for mods to consider taking action.

I've always thought changing ZK game speed mid-game was kind of strange. Replays feel like the only place where speeding things up really makes sense, imo.

Slowing it down though I can see being handy sometimes, perhaps for lag or learning. And a slo-mo game (like 0.5x) could be a fun experiment, micro would really stand out :D
