How to Area Reclaim Units?

Is there a way to area reclaim units? I want to be able to mass reclaim puppies with fewer clicks. I found "Specific Unit Reclaimer" in the widget list that says it "Reclaims targeted unit types in an area" which would be perfect, but I can't figure out how to actually use it. Nothing in the settings seems relevant and I can't find any other info on the widget. Any help is appreciated.

Try holding Ctrl when you make the area reclaim command, and be sure to start the click-drag on the unit.
Also I need to try that puppy reclamation strat, it seems it would make the pups could be more useful.

Tried that and no. That lets you reclaim trees and other energy map features but not units.

Actually tried it again and that did work. Not sure why I couldn't get it to work last time, but thank you.

You don't get 100% of the value from reclaiming things that aren't wrecks, so making puppies only to reclaim them is a terrible idea.
